Hayabusa Case Protector

This Titanium Sleeve was designed to help eliminate case brakeage due to starter kickback from high compression motors or low battery voltage

Installation Instructions

1. Remove right hand fairing
2. Remove idler gear cover and gear
3. Remove starter clutch cover and reduction gear (This is where the sleeve goes)
4. Install case protector with bevel to inside (Fig. 1 & 2)
5. Use a 20 mm socket and tap down until flush (Fig.3) or slightly past case ear (fig4)

Important

 protector must be flush!

If your case is already broken this part will not work, send your case to Fish's Customs for case repair. ($250.00 - $400.00).

This part is only $30 and a MUST for all Hayabusa's  

- Other helpful hints-

1. Always keep your battery fully charged
2. If you don't have a H.D. starter gear this would be a good time to install one.
